• Transit Times: Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location and shipping method.
• Exceptions:
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Some orders may take up to two business days to ship due to unforeseen complications.
• For backordered items, notifications will be sent before or after purchase.

Tracking Information:

• Email confirmations will be sent upon order placement and shipment.
• Tracking information will be available by the end of the day or the next morning after shipment.

Return and Refund Policies

Refund Eligibility:

• Products must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories included.
• Return shipping costs, including import fees or duties, are the responsibility of the buyer.

Warranty Policies

Limited Warranty:

• Applies exclusively to the original purchaser or gift recipient, valid for 12 months from the retail purchase date.
• Covers defects in manufacturing, materials, and workmanship for products purchased from authorized resellers and used under normal operating conditions.

Warranty Exclusions:

• Damage caused by improper use, unauthorized modifications, or connections to improper voltage supplies.
• Damage from inadequate packing or shipping procedures.
• Products purchased from unauthorized dealers or requiring modifications for use in other regions.

Warranty Services:

• During the warranty period, we may repair or replace defective components at no charge, excluding shipping, insurance, or related import fees.

2. Prepare the Product: Include proof of purchase and any required return authorization number.
3. Ship with Prepaid Freight: Ensure the product is securely packed and shipped prepaid to the address provided.
